Drop In kpop classes are held every week in at both vancouver and burnaby location. Pre-registration is required
Every class begins with a 5~10 minutes warm up. The next 40 minutes, we focus on learning the choreography. In the last 10 minutes, we split up into groups to practice and film (Filming is optional).
Every class, we will be learning a new KPOP dance!
What is KPOP?
K-Pop (or Korean Popular Music) is an increasingly popular genre of music that is not limited to a specific type of song or dance. Though K-pop includes a variety of styles, these songs are always catchy and often feature choreography that matches the song well. From signature moves that go viral online to the repetition of chorus sections, K-Pop is eye-catching and challenging while remaining enjoyable for any level of dance experience.
We learn the same choreography that artists perform in their music videos and live stages, that way you can dance like your favorite K-Pop idol! In the past, we have learned choreography from well-known groups such as BTS, EXO, and Twice, to name just a few.
