1. Etiquette 

 

We kindly ask all students and staff members of Yunik Dance to maintain a respectful environment.  Disrespectful behavior towards anyone, including teachers and volunteers of Yunik Dance, will not be tolerated and may result in permanent dismissal.

2. Attendance/Withdrawal 

 

Students enrolled in Progressive Programs (eg.Showcase Team or Video Project) must commit to the minimum number of classes. Punctuality is essential, and students arriving more than 30 minutes late will be marked as absent. No refunds will be issued for missed classes.

Students withdrawing from the Team/Project for non-medical reasons MUST seek approval to join any future projects.

​

3. Payment 

 

Payments must be made by the due date unless prior arrangements have been made. Payments that are more than one week late will incur a late fee of $10 per week.

 

4. ​Showcase Private Groups (if applicable) 

 

Students who are not part of a showcase team must attend at least two drop-in classes during the preparation period (January to May for the 5th Showcase, September to December for the 6th Showcase)

Any group with members failing to meet this requirement will be removed from the showcase without a refund.

5. Non-Solicitation 

 

The solicitation or promotion of ANY programs that directly compete with those offered at Yunik Dance, including but not limited to Kpop dance classes and Kpop Video Projects, is STRICTLY prohibited.

 

The student agrees that they have fully read these rules and that the student has accepted the studio policies.

Students who do not adhere to the rules outlined in this agreement may result in permanent dismissal and face revocation of their performance privileges from Yunik Dance without a refund.

Photo Release (optional) 

I grant Yunik Dance permission to use my photographic image on its website, advertising, or other appropriate business means. Photos/Videos taken by Yunik Dance are the property of Yunik Dance.
